I locked out of my house with my kids. Husband was still at work and could not leave. I was charged max rate at $200 prior to closing time and all they did was spend 2 seconds popping my house door open. They contracted out to G Locks. Dont get taken advantage of like I did. I never felt so taken advantage of. They called me after to see how my experience was and I told them. She said she would let a manager know and I never heard back.

They sent a locksmith that chose to use brute force on my locks rather that attempting to pick them. True that the locks were on a Thule bike rack but for the cost of service, the few seconds of time it took to force the locks and the damage it did to the bike rack overall I wished I'd never picked up the phone. Honestly I could have done what the "professional" locksmith this company sent did.
