Phil to fix two old school Victorian doors (indoor and outdoor). He expertly fixed them both, providing options to keep the old hardware (and have him do what he could to make it work) or upgrade.Best part? He noticed on his way out that our front gate latch was loose. Without me ever asking, he brought out his tools again and fixed our gate which had been broken for months just to be nice.Excellent service.

I purchased 3 keys here for about $20. There were 2 regular gold keys which worked fine and one "subway" key which did not work. Then, because I had to give the other keys away and kept only the "subway" themed key, I was not able to successfully use it. So, I had to retrieve my "saved key" from the kiosk and made ONE key for another $20, yes, $20 for ONE key but at least this plain one worked. I would save your time and money and go elsewhere. You could probably get quite a few keys, more than 4 (or 3 working) keys for almost $40.

Had me waiting about 3-4 hours to show up at my house, the key didn’t work after a few weeks for some reason, tried to get help called a couple times they kept telling me they’d call me back and never did.

This is a subcontractor They claim to "have rates from all the local spots so you don't have to call around". They were 100$ more then a quote I got from a local lock smith .

Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!
