Made two copies of my home key, and they were not even close to resembling my key. Went back after chatting with support rep, tried it again and still could not get them to work. I ended up going to Minute Key and those worked great!!!!

Stay away from KeyMe this is a large scale nationwide fraud! They use these vending machines to trick google and show up as locksmiths. There is no locksmith here. They will subcontract to unlicensed locksmiths.

After using another type of key-making kiosk to make several duplicates that fully did not work, we tried KeyMe. The process was very easy, and most importantly, the key works great! The keys look a little different than the original, but work just as well, I think the different looking grooves will actually make it nearly impossible to duplicate these duplicates, so they are perfect for sharing with housekeepers etc if you don't want duplicates made. Very satisfied! Thanks!
