My experience with Bradley Lock and Key has always been a satisfying one. But, I visited recently and they have changed their hours to 8 or 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Which is fine but I arrived 11:22 a.m. to make key's due to a loss of keys&was at the door. So, I called because all of the lights were on but the door was locked. The person answered the phone and told me of the time change of the hours but I wasn't able to get any key's made that day because I was 22 minutes late. So, my advice would be? Be on time arriving.. The keys I have purchased always worked. Excellent customer service&it never takes long for them to get you in&out satisfied.

A very interesting place just to visit and see. It would make a great tavern or the ultimate man cave!! To person working in there is very friendly and provides good service. I went to them on recommendation of the hotel. I liked the place, the staffer, and will go there if I need service when visiting the city.
