Service was professional and very quick; these smaller old-school businesses/shops are so much better than big box stores and impersonal service. A real treasure! Highly recommended.(needed 50 keys asap)

I asked for 3 duplications of my apartment key. Took 30 seconds, $2.00 ea. for a total of $6.00. The keys worked and the service was good. Much better than going to a Keyme Kiosk, which changes $8.95 PER KEY and they didn't even work in my door.

Everything was pretty good, we love the options for keys! The only issue is that its a little off, we have to pull out the key slightly for it to work. Not quite as accurate as a locksmith would do, but it works.

Horrible service. I waited an hour and a half for them to come unlock my bedroom door, I called five times until I got the manager on the phone just for her to tell me that there was never a techinichin in today and I was supposed to take my medication and I communicated that to her and she did not care. I highly encourage everybody to not go through this company, the people were rude, and at the end strung me along knowing itwas urgent due to my medication. if I can give 0 stars I would and tried. 0 stars
