I needed to send out some packages quickly (and safely) all over the United States. I sent an email to ask a few questions, and recieved a reply extremely quickly. They were able to handle everything I needed, in a friendly manner. It's so nice to have a local place to handle shipping (easy parking, no line, friendly service, great owners) - and you can even shop their cool boutique - I saw a ton of neat gift ideas.
