I head lost my key fob for my car and was having the worst luck with many locksmiths. Getting the run around, one even damaged my new battery where it wouldn’t even charge.A lot of the others didn’t want to come 40 miles. Finally I found Legacy. He was very pleasant and didn’t have a problem driving 40 plus miles. He was able to program a new key fob within 30 mins. I am so grateful I am a private home health nurse and depend on my car to get to my patients.

If you have belongings in the vehicle and don't get there right away, they will go through your things. Left some keys in a vehicle and when I was able to get them, all my items were out of the console thrown on the seat... Not a good look for them.

Treated my mother terribly for no reason when she tried to go pick up one of our vehicles. It started when she gave them a call before heading over and the person who answered had an attitude. Ignored our phone calls yesterday and wouldn’t answer the door, even though someone was inside. They slammed the window in her face today while she was talking to them. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Avoid if possible.

They went throughout my vehicle without any permission destroyed the inside and STOLE items that didn’t belong too them!!! Also the police department was notified

My friend’s car was stuck in mud in a ditch so we called the nearest tow company for help to get the car out. We explained where we were and that the car was stuck in mud that came up at least to our ankles. They told us that the tow truck would be there within 30-45 min and it took them an hour and a half to get there. Once the tow truck got to our location, the driver didn’t speak to us but spoke to the law enforcement that was there and said that they would not get the car put the mud. They then got in their truck and left. I called to get an explanation as to why they couldn’t get the car out, the person that answered the phone was incredibly rude stating that he “didn’t want to be liable if the car’s bumper came off” and that I shouldn’t “call them to complain” and then hung up the phone in my face. Another tow company was able to get the car out the mud in less than ten minutes and the car’s bumper was perfectly fine (the car didn’t even need to be hooked by the bumper).

It says open 24hrs, but i've been trying to get my car since yesterday, and nobody answers no matter how much, or what time I call. I even stopped by and was there for 30mins and nobody was there or ever arrived while I was there.
