Not much integrity from the owner, consistently uses excuses to compensate for his unprofessional habits. Locksmith employees obviously carry the weight for the inconsistency owner displays. It is a negative feeding environment though, so the more frustration or displeasure a customer shows, the more they enjoy the job; plus they gossip about everyone they do business with so if you have personal matters that should remain personal, seek business elsewhere.
