THANK YOU!!!! I am thankful for the honest service that I received!!! I purchased new batteries from a dealership and that didn't solve my problem. I was told to purchase a new key fob and have them re-programmed. I tried, but....because of the knowledge they have I am up and running without the cost. The battery was either put in wrong by the dealership or just no good.....I am so blessed to have dealt with honest people. They are out there!!!!!!

The locksmith was not listening to anything I was saying and I had to repeat myself numerous times (he seemed hard of hearing). And then because I made a comment about hiring a locksmith from out of state he threw part of my lock on the ground and walked away to his car yelling. Yes, he left my door without a working lock. When I made a comment about calling the company and complaining he yelled back I AM THE OWNER! He then yelled “screw you” and got in his van and sped away. Worst customer service and would not recommend.
