I got locked out and called them at 8:20. Got a call from the actual locksmith around 8:30 saying he would be here by 9. I waited until 10:45 before deciding that I was just going to go sleep at my parents house. I told them I was done waiting and that I had left and was calling to cancel. The locksmith still showed up at my house anyways and repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to come back saying that he would do it for cheap. The buisness then continued to call me 4 times past 11 pm asking if I still needed their service. They also called me another 3 times at around 7 am the next morning and left several messages. These people don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t know how to treat people. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!

Such an incredible place and highly recommended! Excellent service, owner is kind, generous, and so pleasant to work with! I needed emergency copies of my house key since only had one key. (I got locked out night and made my husband come home from work) and WOW, Ramapo Locksmith responded so quickly and efficiently and made those copies for me in seconds! I would recommend this locksmith to all my family and friends! I also used u-haul service and had an excellent experience!!
