I highly recommend using these guys. There were very courteous and knowledgeable. They used a regular key (no chip to start the car) to copy ours to make sure it worked before using the more expensive blank. They gave me the extra key for free so we're using it as an emergency key to get into the car. They even grinded it down for me for free so it would fit in my magnetic holder. They were also quick. The whole process took like 10 minutes to copy a key with a chip. The cost was cheaper than using a dealership, but about average compared to other locksmiths.

This business has been around for years and it shows by the expertise they have. They've made keys for me over the years and when I called them recently, they promptly came out to my house to unlock a file cabinet. They even made some new keys that I needed while they were at my house. They are very nice and laid back - easy to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

🚨This IS NOT a locksmith!🚨It is an automated key duplicating kiosk at Lowe’s and should be advertised as such. IT IS, misleading advertising to list a key duplication kiosk as a locksmith.

I would highly recommend using any other services if you're in the Stillwater area or any area for that matter. I was lied to on several different points in regards to my situation.

I have walked by this kiosk several times, assuming it would be complicated or take too much time. I finally decided to give it a try. It wss so simple. Just insert your key with the teeth facing upward and let the machine scan it. The machine will ask what type of key you would like and how many. There is a few blanks to choose from, like basic brass or one of the designed blanks. It takes less than a minute to receive you new cut key. Mine worked perfectly. The process is simple and quick and you pay at the kiosk with your credit or debit card. The machine asks for your email, if you want a receipt.

Simple follow directions machine. Faster than dealing with a locksmith. Payment reasonable and easy
