I called around to several Lock smith before I came across Elio's. They are upfront with fee's. No "IDKs" or " Hidden cost". I called Elio's Locksmith because I needed my Uhaul storage lock changed. The entire experience working with the team at Elio's was excellent. You don't really see customer service like theirs in the US. Everyone was always polite ,and even when I needed to call back for help with a few added task, they were helpful. Normally people don't really leave reviews for "lock smiths" but I must say that Manager has a great and helpful team and they deserve every customer. If I need Lock smith for anything in future. I will call them first.

The staff is professional and understand the needs of the customer. After I talked to the staff about my situation they gave me a perfect solution. I thought I would be spending $150-$200, but the staff wouldn't over sell me an expensive lock because it wouldn't provide any additional security and would be a waist of money for the application I needed it for. They really cared about getting me the correct product and saved me money. The owner also gave me a generous military discount and took care of me. I will always recommend buying from Elio's because of the integrity and professionalism of the staff!
