We got locked out of our house and called Jim. He answered right away. We have one of those keypad locks that stopped working. He was so helpful over the phone, and was on his way to our house quickly but then the lock decided to work and we were able to get in. We felt terrible that Jim was already on his way but he was so nice about it and even offered us some advice on how to prevent the lock from malfunctioning again and offered to come by and place a new one for us. Although we didn’t end up needing Jim, we could tell he was a professional, kind, person. We will keep his number saved for any future needs and recommend him to our friends and family. Thanks Jim!

I would not recommend it because they tell you how much it costs after they open the car door. $130 for a two minute job is a ripoff. When you call them they say that it costs $20 to see what needs to be done and then they will quote you a price, but what happens is that they hurry up and open the car and then tell you how much it costs afterward. Best of all they have 5 stars when they should have zero.

I called Charlie and only had a one day window and he was here 15 minutes after the call. He was professional, expedient, and far more reasonable in price than the other 4 that I called before calling Jim's Bonded Locksmiths. Fortunately I live in Tarpon Springs but I'll never call anyone else for these services. Thanks again, Charlie!!
