Bait and switch. Would not use them again. I got quoted $50-$95 on the phone for a house lockout, was told they can come give me a final quote first before I commit to any service being done. Turns out they have to drill out the lock so it gets bumped to $125 which is “discounted” to $110. Then when I’m not sure if I want them to do it, they say it’s a $35 cancellation fee if they don’t. He backed off once I balked at that, but a cancellation fee out of thin air is pretty unprofessional. Ultimately I decided to just pay the $110 rather than deal with the hassle of calling someone else and waiting another hour or two, but it’s pretty dishonest to give someone one quote and then charge more once you get there. If you know drilling out the lock is a possibility, give a quote range of $50-$110. If you have a cancellation fee for driving over, tell the customer on the phone. If you don’t have a cancellation fee, your service person should know that. These are common courtesy business practices that build trust with your clients, which I was expecting with so many 5 star reviews but were sorely lacking. The person helping was nice (even though sales pressure-y) and ultimately got the job done, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

They installed a new fancy lock at my business, and it was complicated to learn. They ordered the new lock quickly, and took lots of time to teach me to use it. Both men were kind and courteous, and very receptive to messages and calls. Will definitely use again and recommend.
