***THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM, BEWARE*** Had a problem with a back door not unlocking. A representative came out, replaced the lock (to the tune of $500). The lock immediately did not work the next day. Called them back, he told me it was broken again and it was the fault of the door and that the residential lock I had used was not sufficient (exact same as previous knob which had been in operation for at least 5 years). Said I required a commercial lock, which I was charged for plus installation despite having already paid $500 for work that immediately failed, an additional $160. This company doesn’t even have a one day warranty for their work. Now the new lock doesn’t work. More alarming, the service tech told me his pay structure was based off of google reviews and when I said I was fine leaving a review, took my phone and did it himself. The reviews are not real, and I’ve been scammed out of at least $660 and still do not have a functional lock. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did and go off of false internet reviews and use a reputable company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I work for a General Contractor, and we used this company to re-key the Shake Shack at the Woodlands Mall. After about 4 months, the locks were having issues. Between the store manager at Shake Shake and I, we must have called them a dozen times, always being told a technician would call in 5 mins. No one ever called. After my last attempt to contact Get Locksmith, there was a recording that they blocked my number. Absolutely unprofessional!

They had a kiosk at Kroger Grocery Store I made a copy of a house key it was $8.99 a little pricey but the 2nd key was $4.50 so I made two copies. The copies fit...unlike Lowes, Home Depot & Wal Mart where they are cheaper. I saved $ in gas by not going to a locksmith and it was convenient didn't cost me extra time. So I would recommend for the convenience!

!!!!!!DO NOT USE!!! !!!! Outrageous prices!! They do not tell you prices until after they complete their work!! . We had a door that was locked, i asked them to drill out cylinder to open door then we could replace cylinder. A process that we have had done before with no issues. This company removed the door lock, ruined the door trim (which I am going to have to replace) & replace the door "handle" with a door knob that does not look like anything that is in this office with a huge charge of $900.00 Also I was given the technicians Boss's (owner Hai) name & number & come to find out the "Boss" does not come in. Lot of time on hold waiting to speak to someone that can help with the issue, which does not exist! If I could give ZERO stars, that is what I would do!!!
