We have been customers of Richmond Alarm for several years and are very pleased with our service. I am writing now to commend one of your technicians, Jon Uzzle. Jon was in our home on December 3 to install updating equipment. It was obvious that he clearly knew what he was doing. However, we were particularly impressed by his people skills. Jon was very personable, and at the same time, professional. What really stood out for us, though, was his respectful nature. Today's world is so divisive and out of control. My husband is a former Marine and recipient of the Purple Heart from the Vietnam era, and my father and two of my brothers were Navy lifers. So "respect" has always been big in our lives. Jon exhibited the quality of respect, and the short time that he was in our home was like a breath of fresh air! In the future, if we have a need for a service technician, we will specifically ask for John.
