U Get What You Pay For I just did my research and found Goldy Locks Locksmiths. The Joliet location staff treated me with respect, honesty, and the BEST customer service I have ever experienced from any company. Even though the cost is competitive what makes Goldy Locks Locksmiths the BEST are the people who they have chosen to interact with me; from the friendly receptionist to the knowledgeable technician who came to my home to install the locks. As a senior citizen, it made all the difference in the world when I received a call from the manager to make sure that what I was requesting was what I needed, as well as, confirming that I understand what it would cost. I will not go anywhere else and neither should u.

Goldy Locks Locksmith in Tinley Park IL. Is where it’s at! Delores and Rob where the awesome duo that helped me not only get into my lock box but Delores went out of her way to not only open but installed a brand new lock piece on my lock box. Dolores was awesome with helping me choose the best locks for my new place after explaining my situation. She was incredibly helpful and courteous. I felt like she really cared that I felt secure. Called to see if they could help with broken lock hardware and rekeying all my locks. They were awesome! During the initial call Doug looked at pictures I sent of the hardware, worked out a fix, and arranged for same day service. He was so polite, patient, thorough, and kind when explaining what they could do. Chris was at my door 30 min later and he was professional and friendly. He had the job done in no time and made the extra effort to fix a sticky lock that I hadn’t even mentioned. A+ for customer service from both Doug and Chris!!!! Prices were fair and I would 150% recommend them to anyone. I know who I’ll call should I need any locksmith services again!! Thanks guys.
