I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional locksmith who knows how to keep their cool, even when the customer is frustrated. I called them up early in the morning before work, they advertise they can get to you in "10 minutes". They send some kid named Ameen or something who does more damage to my car than help. I recommend you all focus on customer service skills and being straight with people as far as time. I called to get quick service, not twiddle my fingers and wait.

Mr. Lock & Key Service (Noam) really knows his business. We tried a different locksmith before we called Mr. Lock & Key Service. The other Lock Smith was not able to make a key or a fob for our vehicle. He charged us $70 just to show up and could not complete the service. Once Mr. Lock & Key service arrived he immediately knew what he needed to do. I pay close attention to the people that I choose to do work for me. And by watching Mr. Lock & Key Service I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what he was doing and where he was going with this job. He knew about features on our vehicle that we didn’t even know about. He explained why the other Locksmith could not complete the job. It was a security feature that the other guy should have known about. But to make a long story short Mr. Lock & Key Service got the job done in a short period of time and was very professional as well as an EXCELLENT price. I called Mr. Lock&Key to program 2 new key fobs for my car. He came to my house 45 minutes later and programmed the key fobs and tested them. He knew exactly what to do and took just a few minutes. Saved me from an appointment at the dealer. Great service highly recomended. Will use again.

I have a 2008 Range Rover and I needed to make a new key. The Dealership wanted to charge me $450 for a new key. I also went to Pop a Lock and they also wanted to over charge me. Mr. Lock & Key Locksmith was very reasonable and got my new key to me very quickly. Would definitely go back to them.
