I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

Broke all of my locks, and never got me into my house, or fixed the locks they broke. Charged $50, then said more to fix the locks they broke. Very shady. This is a mobile service with no office, so you can’t hold them accountable for scamming you. I don’t recommend. Very shady. I would go with a real local company instead.

Went to Menard's for keys duplication. Discovered a self-service kiosk. Easy to understand AND IT WORKED! Needed two keys but was offered a bonus freebie. Many other interesting key services offered within the kiosk. Simple and a good value.
