I highly recommend Thunder Garage Door Repair for their prompt service and reasonable prices. And I specially want to thank Blu for his highly professional work, explaining clearly everything. Letting me know first what it would cost to replace the broken springs. He checked everything, tightening hinges, oiling where needed, even replacing the light bulb connected to the door mechanism. My garage door never had such good care! Besides being very professional in his work, Blu is the nicest person! Thunder is fortunate to have him working for them!

I was so excited to find a Hello Kitty KW1 in Portland. But they didn't cut a KW1, they cut a KW10. This "works" but not well. Specifically in my Kwikset I can't push the key in all the way and have it turn like a real KW1. This is because the bottom shoulder is too long on the KW10.
