This "Minute Key" is actually a key-making machine service inside a Lowe's hardware store. So if Lowe's isn't open, then Minute Key isn't either. That said, I've only had one key made at this location and it didn't work very well in the lock. Having only one experience isn't exactly comprehensive, so all I can say is that it possible for this service to make bad keys. Just not sure how consistent they are.
