I lost my jeep key and needed a new one made on a Sunday. Everyone I called said they could get to it Monday, which wasn’t helpful since I need a vehicle to get to work. I called Locksmith Express and Eugene was prompt and professional! He responded back quickly and kept me informed on his ETA. Eugene is the epitome of great customer service, going above the standard to bring back the good old fashioned “value the customer” feel. Eugene was friendly and his prices were great. It has got to be the worst business I've ever dealt with and the worst service I've ever received. I ordered the most basic service they have and so.ehow was charged without my permission to my card after letting me know that the price was 150.00 for a basic car unlock with my keys locked in. Be aware this is not a professional business of any ki d and I'm not even sure it's legit. Also, they somehow managed to break my auto unlock on my car doors now so unless I'm using the key fob I have to unlock it manually lime pull the lock up cause the auto unlock buttons no lo ger work. Anyhow, If you are trying To fi d a good deal thi zaz IS NOT THE ONE TO GO WITH I ASSURE YOU ALL OF THIS IS TRUE AND THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!
