I had a jammed deadbolt and needed service quickly on a Sunday. Alex was prompt in returning my call and arrived at the time he said he would. He was professional, fast, fair and personable. He was able to get a new deadbolt on that used our original key. Best dressed locksmith I have ever encountered! I'll be calling Ventura Locksmiths Inc again.
