I was looking for a skilled, reputable locksmith to install new smart locks on our home. After hearing great things about Joseph A. from Bob Fraser Locksmiths, I decided to request a quote. Joseph got back to me right away, understood my needs, explained what he would do, how much it would cost, etc. We scheduled a date, and Joseph showed up right on time. He went above and beyond with the installation, somehow managing to complete it without any of the previous hardware marks and door paint outlines visible. He came wearing a mask and socially distanced when we spoke. He did an excellent job for a price I felt was fair. He is the only locksmith I will use going forward!
