Misleading site. The site literally said "Lock Repair & Install" with a 202 (DC) area code, but the company doesn't do Lock Repair & Install in DC. It shouldn't offer a service (by having a site for it with local number) it doesn't provide.

The first set of keys I made did not work. I emailed right away and a no-questions-asked refund was issued. I returned to the same kiosk the next day and no problems. I appreciate the customer service response and the convenience of the KeyMe machine.
