He was on time (early actually). Very professional, kind, and understanding. He gave me a quote to rebuild my mothers ignition, but when he saw that it was un-repairable, he showed them everything and told them he was going to have to replace it. He had the part with him and got it done quickly. My mother was extremely pleased with everything. It was extremely affordable (much cheaper then going to a garage). Thank you so much. Now I don't have to worry about her being stranded anywhere. A+++ Would recommend to everyone.

We came in looking to get a new key for a lock which we lost the original. He could not find the key number or the pattern for the key- yet he was able to hand cut the key just by watching the pins in the lock!! We thought we were at a loss and brought our lock here just to see what could be done- and we were so pleasantly surprised... definitely deserving of the 5 stars for customer service and most importantly the amount of effort he gave to solve our issue!!!
