I had misplaced ed my car keys for the first time in 63 years of driving. I looked for two weeks. I ordered a key at the kiosk at Menards. I found my keys right after that. so I emailed KeyMeto cancell the order and they did and my money was returned to m guy account promptly.I appreciate that very much. The kiosk at Menards is great. However the last time I used it, a message popped up that the kiosk needed to be serviced, and offered free mailing to my home. Okay. The snag was that it took 5 days for me to receive my keys. There was no mention at the kiosk about how long the mailing service would take, so it was simply poor judgment on my part. From now on, I'll just use the kiosk when it will provide keys while I wait. BTW, the keys all worked perfectly when they arrived.
