I think this may be the last REAL hardware store. This is a SMALL operation that has survived. It's where people go that typically know what they are doing, and or they can get a good and legitimate suggestion when they need it. So don't expect it to be like that compromised orange box store that you have learned to accept as your modern world choice. This is not just another dumb box store with "departments". It's maybe the last REAL hardware store.

Artur is very friendly, really seems to like what he does for work, and he did a good job. He looooooves animals and was very good with my new puppy and was in and out very quickly. Now, unfortunately, his level of communication is not great. I gave him 5 stars at first, but I've had to lower that score because he was supposed to be getting back to me about fixing my front door, and I've not heard back from him. I would call him again, but he needs to up his level of professionalism. Thank

Excellent service and very professional. I got my locks re-keyed the next day. Artur is very skilled at his craft. He worked very efficiently and the fees are reasonable. He went above and beyond and helped me reset my garage door, too. Everything works perfectly now. I’d definitely call for their service again. Highly recommend.
