I was a little skeptical when i saw a kiosk instead of a person who was going to make my keys. i put the first key in the slot and away the machine went. At the end of this process I was given 6 or so selections of the style of key I would prefer. A minute or so later I had a key in my hand. I then put in the second key and was prompted i will get my 3rd key for nothing, I ended up making three different keys, 2 house keys for 2 different locks and 1 padlock key. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

Very easy and convenient to use kiosk for making copies of keys. Plus, knowing I can get a replacement using my finger print if I loose my key, I awesome!

none of my keys worked. why 4 stars then? because i emailed the company and support got back to me within minutes and refunded my money. I'm sorry but in this day and age where everyone's excuse is "due to covid" or "we are experiencing higher than usual call volume", handling an issue in a timely manner is still a positive experience. Sad but true

Used a kiosk inside a Menards store. It was super easy - didn’t even require help from an employee. Copied key works perfectly. 100% satisfied.
