The guy was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about locks and door issues. We had him re-key our locks in a new house and fix the latch in our old house. He was on time and costs were as advertised. I would definitely use Carrillo Security & Locksmith again. Hardworking and good staff!

Hardworking and good staff! I finished shopping at the supermarket and as I was loading the car, the car door got shut and the keys closed inside. The supermarket manager calmed me down and called Carrillo Security & Locksmith. They arrived in a short time and opened the car door. There was no damage. The price was certainly reasonable. The supermarket manager said he was always working with Carrillo Security & Locksmith because they are efficient and fast. And so was the service I received from them.

Gave Phil a call to get a quote to re-key a new exterior door knob. Turns out he was nearby and was able to come over within 10 minutes of the call. I honestly can't compare the price to anyone else, but he's been doing this a long time, so I imagine it's in line with the others. He was extremely personable, and did a great job in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use him again.

Phil is the best! He has been coming to our home for 20+ years and he has never disappointed us. This visit he replaced an old deadbolt that had broken. His prices are reasonable and fair and his workmanship is top-notch. He is honest and reliable ... we wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Phil is great. We just bought a house and had him out to replace the locks. He quickly and efficiently replaced the locks, but the thing that makes him great is that he's very knowledgeable and helpful. We were discussing changing our door lever to a knob so that our 18mo wouldn't be able to open the door as easily, and he pointed us to an easy to install childproof lock that installs towards the top of the door.

Phil was very professional and responsive. He took my call and came out the next morning right on time, figured out the issue quickly and corrected it. He also provided some good insight as to what to watch out for with other doors in my house and how to go about finding replacement parts. I would highly recommend Phil for any door/lock repair work.
