Nobody wants to help you the guy with the machine that recycles phones wants you to find a service manager Walmart informed you that they no longer have service managers because it was too expensive so I ended up donating my dad's AT&t phone with charger and battery to their cause and even though they had all my contact info they never even attempted to follow up with me I won't try this again and I warned other people to stay far away from it by the time you understand what's going on you've already missed deposited what you took to recycle
