I received excellent service from Graham. First off he was able to come when I needed and he was prompt. He arrived with a very pleasant attitude. He understood my issues and listened to me. I had some additional work that needed to be done on a couple of other doors and he was able to work that into his schedule which I very much appreciated. And the cost was reasonable for the degree of work. His positive attitude, his knowledge, and skill definitely mean that I will keep him in mind for any further work that is needed.
