Went to the machine at my local Lowes store to copy 2 backdoor keys for my home. Very simple easy process. I was thrilled to see that if I bought 2 keys I got one free. After going through the whole process I was waiting for a prompt for the free key to be made and nothing happened. Everything stopped and that was it. Disappointed I called the Minute Key Company and got immediate results. Now when I say immediate results I mean exactly that immediate results. The young lady was pleasant very understanding and clearly helped me understand what had happened. She took my information and sent me through email a coupon code for the free key I didnt get all while sitting in the parking lot of Lowes. Took a whole 5-7 minutes! Great customer Service ! I would tell anyone to use minute key not just for copying spare keys but for all the other services they provide also. Which by the way I didnt realize until this incident. Thanks again to a company that truely does what they say they are going to do. ♥️ I'm definitely happy.
