I rated this establishment a 1- Star Rating for the lack of "Good Customer Service". The older staff member was not helpful at all and I try to make it a point to patronize locally owned businesses but not when you have staff members acting like there doing me a favor.

Knowledgeable, capable, helpful employees says it all! They know handyman jobs, tools, what items they have, where there are located, and how they are used. NOT like the big box stores like Lowe's & Home Depot where the hardware guy might have been flipping burgers in McDonald's last week... If you need help and/or hardware items, go there!
