Try to have them make copies of a key but they said they would not do it without a receipt showing that the key was purchased from a United States dealer because he didn't want to break his machine try to cut a key that may have been made in some foreign country. Of course he had a key that would cost me over a $100 to be copied and made but didn't want to cut a $5 key

Prompt, determine, polite, effective. We had to open two large residential combination safes (we lost track of the combinations). Worcester competitor locksmiths either did not respond to our call or took too long. Caola Locksmith scheduled an appointment the next day. They tried various options and eventually had to drill through very thick steel. It took a return visit. They discussed options with us throughout, the charge was very reasonable. They then repaired one door to bring one safe back to working order. They were really wonderful and I'm glad they were available.
