The Affordable Locksmith people no showed/no callback and blocked my calls throughout the whole morning and afternoon. Called Nichols Lock&Safe. The lady on the phone was really nice and the guy arrived early, did it in 2 tries and in under a minute. He even helped me open my trunk to get the key and fixed my doors since they were a little bent. A lot better price than the other locksmith and definitely worth more than 5 stars.

I called because I locked my housesitter out while I was on vacation. They were quick to answer, despite calling 20 minutes before they closed, and were eager to help. Before they made it to my house, my housesitter found a way in. When I called to cancel the service, they were still pleasant to talk to. If I had a problem in the future, I'd call them again.

I was passing through town in my motor home, when I had a problem with the door on the living quarters. I first called another locksmith in town, who presumed that he could diagnose the problem over the phone. When I described the problem, this man said I would have to install a new lock, and first wait for him to order the new lock. I knew it did not require a new lock, so I called Nichols. The tech came quickly, and had my problem sorted in a few minutes. He also lubed my cranky ignition, and gave me some good advice about it. A very positive experience.
