Llamé a la empresa esta mañana sobre un vehículo que tenía una batería muerta y no podía acceder al vehículo. Llamé para programar. No proporcionaron el precio completo antes de la reserva como se indica en su sitio web. Y me cobraron una tarifa de emergencia de 50.00 por algo que no era una emergencia. Cuando llamé para preguntar por qué, me dijeron que es un cargo automático para cualquier llamada de negocio o vehículo. No recomendaría esta empresa. Definitivamente llame a otros.

Intenté llamar y solo obtener algunas preguntas respondidas. La persona al teléfono seguía tratando de obtener mi información, cuando le dije que solo tenía preguntas y no estaba lista para que alguien viniera a mi ubicación. Solo los encontré muy insistentes y agresivos por teléfono tratando de obtener mi información, una experiencia muy mala, nunca los usaré ni los llamaré de nuevo.
