Tuve la mala suerte de llamar a esta ubicación para un duplicado de llavero móvil para mi Camry Hybrid 2009, me dijeron que un técnico me llamaría. Después de una hora, Mohamed me llamó y me preguntó detalles de mis necesidades, luego dijo que alguien me llamaría con un presupuesto y programación. Pasó otra hora y volví a llamar, Mohamed no sabe por qué alguien de su empresa no había llamado, luego dijo que me llamaría de vuelta. Pasó otra hora, ahora han pasado 3.5 horas desde mi primera llamada, así que llamé a Mohamed, él dijo cuánto quieres pagar, luego dijo ¿qué tal si pagas $350? Me quedé sorprendido no solo por el precio irrazonable de la nada, sino por lo poco profesional y descuidadas que son sus relaciones con los clientes. Por favor, eviten a Keyme a toda costa, no vale la pena.
