Après avoir traversé une zone de construction, je me suis retrouvé avec deux pneus à plat. J'étais bloqué. Hurt roadside a fait un excellent travail ! J'avais un trajet de quatre heures devant moi. J'étais tellement reconnaissant de la façon dont nous avons été pris en charge. J'ai pu continuer mon voyage sans avoir à attendre ou à réserver une chambre d'hôtel ! Je recommanderais vivement ce service à quiconque ayant des problèmes de voiture dans la région métropolitaine d'Atlanta ! Merci encore !!!

Si vous vivez dans la région métropolitaine d'Atlanta et que HURT Roadside Assistance n'est pas votre premier choix en cas de problème de voiture, vous faites quelque chose de mal ! L'équipe HURT est très professionnelle, elle a été rapide à répondre et a pris en charge mon problème de voiture en temps opportun. Contrairement à d'autres services d'assistance routière, ils ont fait plus que simplement démarrer ma voiture et me renvoyer sur la route. Le technicien a pris le temps de vérifier la tension de ma batterie et de s'assurer que ma voiture non seulement démarrait mais fonctionnait correctement. Je vais certainement utiliser ce service à nouveau à l'avenir !

Cette entreprise a fourni LE PIRE service client !! Le 5 juin 2021, j'ai contacté cette entreprise vers 10h00. Après avoir eu une conversation sur les services qu'ils offrent, un représentant m'a donné un délai d'arrivée d'environ 25 à 30 minutes. Il n'y a eu aucune apparition après une heure. Ensuite, j'ai essayé d'envoyer un message au représentant mais il n'y a pas eu de réponse. À 13h30, j'ai recontacté l'entreprise (toujours pas d'apparition). J'ai demandé au représentant pourquoi il n'avait pas communiqué sur le retard, il a finalement raccroché et bloqué mon numéro de téléphone. La communication est essentielle dans les affaires ! 🔴JE NE RECOMMANDE FORTEMENT PAS !!! 🔴

Excellente expérience et je recommande vivement… nous venions de quitter le zoo quand notre pneu a éclaté et nous a laissés sur le bord de la route sans roue de secours. Larry est venu, très sympathique et professionnel, et nous a remis en route rapidement ! Merci beaucoup pour votre aide !

Si je pouvais donner zéro étoile, je le ferais. Un service client absolument horrible. Je demande un bouchon de pneu, je n'ai pas pu entendre correctement le prix. Et le représentant pense que je "hésite" et supposait cela par rapport à ce que je pensais du prix. Ensuite, il bloque mon numéro. Je ne recommanderais pas cette entreprise à quiconque et si la société essaie de répondre à cet avis, ils essaient clairement de se donner une bonne image. Bonne chance. 🤫
