J'avais besoin de faire des copies d'un ensemble de clés un dimanche. KeyMe m'a permis de me rendre à l'emplacement ouvert et en 10 minutes, j'avais ce dont j'avais besoin. Pratique et ne m'a pas surfacturé.

Excellent kiosque qui a fonctionné sans problème. Toutes les clés ont bien fonctionné. J'aimerais que l'application fonctionne avec Android 7 que mon téléphone utilise. Merci.

Le processus pour une clé était simple et rapide. L'autre clé n'a pas pu être copiée. Quand j'ai appelé, ils ont expliqué qu'en raison du type de clé, j'aurais besoin d'un serrurier et ils ont proposé un numéro. Très bonne expérience.

Je me suis retrouvé enfermé dehors de mon appartement à 3 heures du matin... mon colocataire dormait. Heureusement, je me suis souvenu que j'avais utilisé un kiosque KeyMe pour faire un jeu de clés de rechange quand je les ai reçues, alors je suis allé au 7-Eleven le plus proche et alléluia, mes clés étaient enregistrées sur ce kiosque. J'ai pu obtenir un nouveau jeu de clés (et un taquito) et rentrer dans mon appartement en moins d'une demi-heure.

C'est une bonne idée mais quand j'ai fait faire les clés, elles ne correspondaient visiblement pas et ne fonctionneraient jamais. Cela dit, j'ai appelé l'entreprise pour discuter d'un remboursement et ils l'ont effectivement fourni par téléphone avec une confirmation par e-mail et ont essayé de m'aider à trouver un autre endroit pour faire des clés. Est-ce que je réutiliserais KeyMe ? Peu probable. Mais au moins, le service client était bon.
