J'ai fait faire trois duplicatas d'une clé de maison. Ils ne fonctionnaient pas du tout. En revanche, quand j'ai demandé un remboursement, ils ont dit qu'ils rembourseraient ma carte de crédit.

C'est une arnaque si vous cherchez un vrai serrurier. Ne laissez pas cette entreprise vous arnaquer. Ils n'ont pas de licence de serrurier en Californie et ils font un bait and switch lorsque vous les appelez pour un service. Ce n'est PAS un serrurier LOCAL même s'ils disent qu'ils le sont. Assurez-vous d'utiliser Yelp ou assurez-vous qu'ils sont un serrurier de magasin. Les techniciens qu'ils utilisent vous disent un appel de service à 29 $. Ils ne vous donneront pas de prix par téléphone, puis lorsqu'ils arrivent, ils vous facturent un montant ridicule. Ces serruriers utilisent ces centres d'appels. Arnaque totale.

Pire endroit pour un serrurier. Le gars ne savait pas ce qu'il faisait, a fini par casser la poignée de porte pour ouvrir et a changé pour une poignée de porte pendant 2 heures pour une poignée de porte. Le travail consistait en quatre rekey et n'en a pas fait un mais a facturé un bras et une jambe. Je ne recommande pas.
