J'ai donc appelé cette entreprise hier soir pour m'aider à sortir d'un pétrin puisque j'ai accidentellement verrouillé mes clés dans mon coffre. Cela dit, c'était à 18h. Le monsieur qui a répondu avait déjà l'air de s'en moquer... il me dit qu'il a 6 chauffeurs autour et qu'un d'eux m'appellera quand ils seront en route pour venir m'aider. Avance rapide à 7h30 le lendemain matin et je n'ai toujours pas reçu même un appel de retour. Je n'écris pas d'avis mais je détesterais que cela arrive à quelqu'un d'autre qui pourrait être dans une situation plus désespérée. Je recommanderais l'entreprise KeyMe juste au coin de la rue à Little Ferry. Beaucoup plus professionnel et attentionné. J'espère que cela aidera quelqu'un d'autre à ne pas être déçu.

Mon rendez-vous était prévu pour 17h. J'ai eu deux techniciens différents qui m'ont appelé à différents moments pour prolonger le temps. Ils étaient toujours « en route » La dernière fois qu'ils voulaient venir, c'était à 21h. Inutile de dire que j'ai annulé mon rendez-vous avec eux. Évidemment, je ne recommanderais JAMAIS cette entreprise. Ils manquaient de professionnalisme et de compétences en communication, tant du bureau que des travailleurs qui appelaient pour mentir sur leur emplacement. N'utilisez jamais cette entreprise car il y a une forte possibilité qu'ils ne se présentent jamais dans un délai approprié.

J'ai appelé pour un devis pour copier une clé de voiture, ils ont raccroché dès que je leur ai dit que leurs prix étaient ridicules ! Ils m'ont dit qu'une copie de ma clé de voiture coûterait entre 100 et 300 $. J'ai la clé, il suffit de la couper, il n'est pas question que je paie 100-300 $.
