Le kiosque était facile à utiliser

En ce moment même, je suis enfermé hors de mon appartement parce que la clé que j'ai faite avec eux cette semaine vient de se casser dans la serrure de ma porte d'appartement. Maintenant, je vais devoir dépenser plus de 100 $ pour qu'un serrurier vienne chez moi un dimanche après-midi grâce à la mauvaise qualité de leur service et de leur produit.

Je n'ai appelé que parce que j'avais besoin d'aide avec mon cadenas de vélo, ils voulaient me facturer 60 $ juste pour me rencontrer. Je m'en suis occupé moi-même (beaucoup plus vite).

Le kiosque KeyMe est idéalement situé juste en face de l'escalier roulant que vous prenez pour descendre au niveau principal du magasin. L'interface était facile à utiliser et le processus était rapide et simple. J'adore que les clés soient fabriquées dans un format similaire à mes clés actuelles, surtout puisque l'une des clés avait une tête carrée unique. J'ai reçu mes deux clés supplémentaires par la poste dans les 3 jours ouvrables et j'ai adoré l'option de sauvegarder les clés dans le système au cas où j'aurais besoin d'y accéder à n'importe quel endroit. Facile à utiliser et je les recommande vivement !

Je donnerais 0 étoiles à cette entreprise si je le pouvais. Non seulement ils ont perdu le colis (avec mon adresse sur le devant) contenant mes clés, mais leur "responsable" du service client, Ashley, ne faisait que lire un script en répétant continuellement des étapes inutiles qui nécessitaient que je suive avec USPS. Je ne comprends pas comment c'est mon problème que le distributeur qu'ils ont choisi ait perdu le colis.
