Cette entreprise est un sauveur ! Hier, j'ai trouvé que les serrures de ma porte principale ne fonctionnaient pas et j'ai appelé leur équipe pour remplacer ces serrures défectueuses par de nouvelles. Ils étaient à l'heure, ont fait un excellent travail et ont installé un nouveau système de verrouillage robuste. Très satisfait de leurs services.

Ils ont travaillé avec moi sur un coût raisonnable pour toutes les serrures que je voulais changer et installer. Spécialisés et attentifs. Ils ont également plus d'un serrurier, donc leur temps de réaction est encore meilleur que les autres. Le travail a été bien fait et de manière systématique.

Horrible, trop cher et en retard ! J'ai appelé le centre de répartition pour un serrurier d'urgence. J'étais enfermé dehors de mon sous-sol. Ils ont déclaré que cela coûterait 30,00 pour la personne qui viendrait (que je fasse faire des travaux ou non) j'ai dit d'accord. Il a également déclaré que comme je vis dans la région, je recevrais une remise de 10 %. Par conséquent, ils envoient quelqu'un, cependant j'ai demandé un nom, il n'a pas pu me le fournir. Tout ce qu'ils ont déclaré, c'est qu'ils ont mon nom et mon numéro et que la personne me contactera. La personne m'a contacté environ 15 minutes plus tard en disant qu'il arriverait à 13h30, c'était environ 13h00. 13h30 est arrivé et j'ai appelé le monsieur, il a déclaré qu'il était à 10 minutes (ce qui signifie qu'il arriverait vers 13h40). Le monsieur n'est arrivé qu'à 13h55. Avant de commencer le travail, il m'a donné un devis total de 150,90 $. Je lui ai demandé si cela incluait la remise de 10 %, il a déclaré oui et cela inclut également les taxes et les 30,00. Et voilà 150,90 en moins de 5 minutes. Ils n'ont même pas eu besoin de changer les serrures ou quoi que ce soit. Ils ont juste ouvert la porte pour moi. C'était une urgence et j'avais besoin d'entrer dans mon sous-sol. Si j'avais pu donner une étoile à 0, je l'aurais fait. Cela ne me convenait pas, alors j'ai décidé d'appeler l'endroit et de demander pourquoi j'avais été facturé autant. J'ai été mis en attente par 2 femmes différentes et 1 homme au cours d'environ 10 appels téléphoniques et j'ai déclaré que je ne voulais pas être mis en attente. Quand ils veulent votre entreprise, ils sont rapides et efficaces cependant, quand tout était fini, ils ne se souciaient plus et continuaient à me mettre en attente.
