J'aime vraiment ce magasin. Ils ont tout ce dont j'ai besoin. Ce n'est peut-être pas le magasin le plus organisé ou le plus propre qui ait jamais existé, mais cela ne me dérange pas. Si j'ai besoin de quelque chose, je vais ici en premier. Ils ont des choses que les grandes surfaces n'auront jamais. Si vous cherchez un magasin qui a l'air neuf et générique, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous. Mais si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de très spécifique, il y a de fortes chances qu'ils l'aient.

Magasin de bricolage très intéressant, ils ont un peu de tout. Ils ont une grande sélection de livres sur la région de Cleveland.

Le personnel était extrêmement amical et serviable. J'avais besoin d'un ancien ensemble de clés carrées et rondes gm que j'avais déjà achetées. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas garantir qu'elles fonctionneraient et ne pouvaient pas les remplacer, mais les ont quand même coupées parce que je m'en fichais. Pendant que mes clés étaient coupées, ils ont aidé un autre client qui avait besoin d'une courroie de tondeuse à gazon et ont dit qu'ils l'auraient pour lui dans l'heure. Le personnel est très ouvert et honnête.

Super utile et sympa ! On se sentait comme dans un bon vieux magasin de bricolage familial. Je suis entré pour acheter un spline pour réparer mon écran et j'ai reçu des conseils utiles sur l'installation. On dirait qu'ils savent tout sur tout ce qui est matériel. Ce sera mon nouveau magasin de prédilection avant de m'arrêter dans un grand magasin.
