Super ! Sans le nettoyage supplémentaire des clés, il restait un peu de flash des clés peintes mais pas des clés en laiton. Je prendrais le service supplémentaire la prochaine fois. Mais un rangement/nettoyage de base a résolu le problème.

Après avoir reçu un appel et une confirmation qu'un technicien viendrait à 21h, j'ai attendu 2 heures pour le technicien. Seulement à la fin, on m'a dit qu'il ne viendrait pas. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois entre-temps et je n'ai cessé d'obtenir la réponse qu'il allait me contacter ou qu'on me rappellerait dans dix minutes. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi ils ne m'avaient pas simplement dit qu'il ne viendrait pas, ils ont dit que ce n'était pas une priorité. J'aurais aimé être prévenu pour pouvoir essayer quelqu'un d'autre pendant qu'il était encore assez tôt. Super non professionnel !!!
