Pas du tout transparent sur leurs prix. On m'a cité 80 $ par serrure et j'ai été facturé 310 $ pour 2 serrures au final. Je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir des frais supplémentaires pour le travail en dehors des heures d'ouverture (c'était vers 19h00), mais cela doit être inclus dans le devis. En fait, l'une des personnes à qui j'ai parlé a dit exactement cela (les prix doivent être cités avant le service). Quand j'ai demandé ce qui se passe quand on me cite un prix et qu'on me facture considérablement plus que cela, on m'a raccroché au nez. Après avoir parlé à plusieurs personnes, on m'a dit qu'il revient au serrurier de facturer ce qu'il veut. D'accord, mais cela doit être inclus dans le devis. Honnêtement, j'aurais dû refuser de payer et c'est mon erreur. Leçon apprise. Pour quiconque lit ceci, je recommanderais d'essayer un autre endroit.
