J'ai copié deux clés et elles ne fonctionnaient pas ! Merci d'avoir gaspillé mon argent, mon temps et de m'avoir enfermé dehors de ma maison une deuxième fois.... dépensez plus et allez ailleurs

J'avais initialement évalué KeyMe avec 1 étoile parce que les clés que j'avais achetées ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui était très gênant. Mais en réponse à mon avis, ils ont proactivement pris contact et m'ont proposé un remboursement. Ce remboursement a été effectué et j'apprécie le service client, donc mon avis est maintenant de 3 étoiles ! Je vais mettre en garde, faites une copie sans en avoir besoin immédiatement et donnez-vous le temps de la tester pour être en sécurité !!

J'ai utilisé leur kiosque à un Rite Aid pour faire des copies des clés de ma maison et de ma boîte aux lettres. Les deux clés que j'ai pu faire ont bien fonctionné, mais le kiosque n'a pas pu faire la troisième clé (qui allait être gratuite :( ) parce qu'il ne pouvait pas, ou qu'il n'avait pas de clé vierge pour cela. Quoi qu'il en soit, je réutiliserais ce service.

J'étais enfermé dehors le soir du Super Bowl. J'ai essayé d'appeler trois ou quatre serruriers en ville, aucun d'eux n'était disponible. Alex de KeyMe Locksmiths a pris mon appel (en fait l'appel de mon voisin) immédiatement et est venu me sauver en moins d'une heure. Nouveau en ville et sans connaissances à proximité, j'ai été très impressionné par son action rapide et son professionnalisme. Merci encore !

Des déchets complets, je suis allé faire une copie de ma clé de maison et la machine a fait son travail mais malgré la garantie que cela fonctionnerait à 100 pour cent, surprise surprise, cela ne fonctionne pas. Maintenant, j'ai perdu 6,03 $ et tout ce que j'ai à montrer pour cela est un morceau de laiton inutile. Key Me doit être évité à tout prix. Allez dans un véritable établissement de fabrication de clés, Home Depot ou tout magasin de bricolage.
