5 étoiles sans aucun doute!!! Service rapide et facile, littéralement les bons professionnels à appeler chaque fois que vous vous retrouvez dans une situation de verrouillage. Pas de tracas, pas d'inquiétude, honnêtes et transparents sur chaque service. Ils sont toujours à l'heure et font un excellent travail.

Je suis tombé sur cette entreprise en faisant une recherche sur Internet pour le meilleur serrurier d'urgence. Je ne sais pas exactement ce que cette recommandation disait, mais leurs services 24 heures sur 24 sont excellents. J'ai ensuite appelé ces personnes lorsque j'étais enfermé dehors de ma voiture au milieu de la route, et leur technicien est arrivé immédiatement pour déverrouiller la porte avant de ma voiture. Super aide !!!

Je ne peux pas parler au nom de tous les services offerts par cette entreprise. Mais en ce qui concerne le fait d'être enfermé dehors de votre voiture et d'avoir besoin d'une clé de remplacement, je vous suggérerais fortement d'opter pour une autre solution. J'ai demandé un service de clé de remplacement et j'ai reçu un appel du technicien. Le technicien a gardé une attitude professionnelle au téléphone mais avait une attitude misérable. Après l'appel, j'ai reçu un appel du numéro principal/service client et ils m'ont informé que mon technicien était ici. En vérifiant dehors, personne n'était là. J'ai attendu 30 minutes et appelé la ligne de service client pour vérifier l'état et on m'a informé que le technicien venait d'arriver et que je recevrais un appel de sa part. Je n'ai reçu aucun appel et j'ai vérifié dehors - personne n'était encore là. En appelant pour annuler la demande, on m'a informé que, encore une fois, mon technicien était presque chez moi et qu'il fallait que je patiente. Mais j'ai tout simplement annulé.

Le serrurier professionnel est venu réparer ma serrure de porte d'entrée cassée. Il était avec moi dans les 30 minutes indiquées et j'étais très satisfait du travail et du service qu'il a fournis. Il était très amical, professionnel et serviable, expliquant exactement ce qu'il faisait, pourquoi et offrait un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Hautement recommandé. Merci.

Merci d'avoir réparé la poignée de la porte d'entrée chez moi. J'étais vraiment inquiet de savoir si cela fonctionnerait ou non, mais depuis que le professionnel a résolu le problème, la poignée de la porte fonctionne très bien.
