J'avais vu les avis avant de les contacter et le service et le professionnalisme semblent être leurs points forts à mon grand désarroi. J'avais vu leurs devis allant de 20 $ à 200 $ et cela ne semblait pas être un gros travail (ancienne porte, avec beaucoup d'écarts entre la porte et le cadre) je ne pensais pas que cela allait coûter trop cher car j'avais également vu sur leurs sites qu'ils n'ajoutaient pas de frais. Ils étaient rapides, ils sont arrivés dans les 45 minutes suivant mon appel initial. Le serrurier m'a dit que cela allait coûter 169 $ plus un frais de 29 $, j'étais enfermé dehors depuis presque deux heures à ce moment-là et je n'avais pas la force de discuter des prix, mais cela semblait trop cher puisque tout ce qu'il fallait était un coussin d'air. On m'a facturé 198 $ pour ce qui coûte normalement entre 50 $ et 75 $, pour un travail similaire à ce que serait l'ouverture d'une porte de voiture. Je ne recommanderais pas, je ne les utiliserai jamais à nouveau et je vais faire savoir aux gens à quel point leur service est trop cher afin qu'ils ne deviennent pas victimes lorsqu'ils sont dans le désespoir et essaient d'entrer chez eux.

Je suis satisfait du service et ma clé d'appartement a été livrée à temps. Je ne suis pas vraiment impressionné par les designs limités disponibles (j'espère qu'ils travaillent sur plus de variétés) mais la clé fonctionne et c'est important ! Très bon marché, je vais certainement utiliser leur service à nouveau !
